BUS 615 - Current Topics in Business Law

This course expands on the foundations, concepts and legal principles that are applicable and have evolved American business law, litigation and ethics. Course topics and learning outcomes will enable students to gain valuable knowledge of fundamental legal concepts, statutes, and laws that affect all areas of business law, perform basic legal research of cases and secondary research pertaining to various areas of business law. The course also covers basic legal arguments through effective oral and written communication and research, resulting in group presentations of current and relevant topics in business law.
