Individuals and teams rich in various experiences, backgrounds, strengths, perspectives, and problem-solving strategies provide learning organizations and invaluable opportunity to approach problems of practice in new ways, resulting in innovative and creative solutions. This course is designed for organizational development and learning leaders to examine the traits necessary to create inclusive and collaborative working and learning environments that capitalize on the various strengths of individuals and teams to promote and ensure the continuous growth and success of the organization. Participants will discover leadership approaches and styles for leading healthy, well-functioning teams and articulate a personal leadership philosophy.
