ANB 444 - Advanced Skills in Canine Management & Training 4 Hour(s) This course will build off the foundation skills acquired in ANB 250/ANB 250L as students foster a shelter dog from the Humane Animal Welfare Society for the duration of the semester. Evidence-based principles of assessing a dog’s temperament and behavior, developing and implementing training and behavior modification plans will be reinforced through hands-on experience and analysis of case studies.

Prerequisite(s): ANB 101 and ANB 250 , or permission from the instructor
Recommended courses: completed or concurrently enrolled in ANB 240 , PSY 314 , or PSY 333 .
