The course focuses on developing a basic understanding of the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) as applied to the proficiency in foreign language pronunciation for singing. Students will learn appropriate singer’s diction for German and French and will demonstrate their knowledge through written examination, speaking, and singing.
