CHE 308L - Biochemistry Laboratory

This upper-level laboratory is designed to give students biochemical research experience. The first half of the semester focuses on protein purification and characterization, while the second half uses molecular cloning techniques to study DNA repair enzymes in bacteria. The techniques learned in this lab will prepare students for future work in research and industry labs. The lab course must be taken with the accompanying lecture (CHE308).
