NRS 2001 - Introduction to Evidence Based Practice 2 Hour(s) This course focuses on the principles and methodology of evidence-based practice (EBP) in nursing. Students will develop skills and knowledge necessary to develop a PICOT question, systematically search for best evidence to answer clinical questions, critically appraise research studies, and interpret evidence for action to deliver high-quality, effective, person-centered care. This course prepares students to incorporate the best evidence as an integral part of clinical decision making.
