CHE 321L - Spectroscopic Analysis Laboratory 0 Hour(s) This laboratory explores multiple spectroscopic analyses including infrared, UV-Vis, fluorescence, and Raman spectroscopies. Quantitative data will be acquired and then analyzed to determine molecular constants. A final project will require students to choose a spectroscopic method to determine fundamental molecular or atomic information about some sample of their choice. This lab course meets during the second-half of the semester and must be taken with the associated lecture (CHE321).
Spring Prerequisite(s): CHE 203 /CHE 203L , MAT 160 , PHY 101 /PHY 101L or PHY 203 /PHY 203L , PHY 102 /PHY 102L or PHY 204 /PHY 204L
