The Master of Science of Organizational in Development and Learning is committed to preparing students with the knowledge and skills to be responsive to and create positive change within organizations. Our mission is to produce graduates who are equipped to lead and manage organizational change, foster a culture of continuous and lifelong development and learning, and facilitate collaboration within diverse organizational contexts.
Organizational Development and Learning Goals
- Acquire and apply various strategies to empower learning organizations to adapt and flourish through change.
- Design, implement, and facilitate various types of learning opportunities to optimize employee professional practice within the context of learning organizations.
- Identify methods for leveraging the strengths of diverse teams and promote a culture of continuous development and growth
- Demonstrate collaborative problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage change initiatives and apply leadership theory and practice to effectively navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Exhibit ethical leadership and social responsibility through leadership roles.
