NRS 2351 - Professional Practice I: Foundations of Nursing Practice 3 Hour(s) Building on the theoretical foundation of nursing as a discipline, this course will introduce the entry-level nursing student to the scope and foundation of nursing practice, The fundamentals of nursing practice introduces nursing students to the thorough assessment of patients, the nursing process, clinical judgment model, communication between nurse and patient, cultural differences, functional health patterns, and the overall framework of nursing practice.
