NRS 4461 - Capstone: Clinical Practicum

The course allows the student to synthesize knowledge from all previous coursework and clinical experiences. The student will be provided with the opportunity to practice professionally through delegation of tasks, supervision of non-professional staff, and management of patient groups. Students will provide direct patient care for clients and families with complex health needs under a preceptor’s guidance. This capstone will help prepare students for the workforce following graduation.
